Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00/hour

What You’ll Do:

As an Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist, you’ll support our Accounting team by:

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Reconciling credit cards and maintaining accurate records

• Assisting with collections, vendor files, and month-end close

• Managing shared inboxes and responding promptly

• Keeping documentation organized and suggesting improvements
  

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or related work

• Familiarity with accounting software (AppFolio/QuickBooks/etc.) and Microsoft Office

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
